Egg cream

Let’s see something easy and quick what you can prepare. It is tasteful on a toast for dinner, on sandwich bites with fresh vegetables, with ham or clod!

Ingredients:

  • 5 chicken eggs
  • 1 coffee spoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tea spoon regular mustard
  • 1 tea spoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tea spoon butter
  • salt, pepper
Egg cream

In boiling water, under 10 minutes we can cook the eggs to hard. After cooking, put them under cold water,let it cold a bit, so shell can be removed. Add the eggs and all the ingredients (based on your flavor) to a right sized bowl and smash and mix them well with a fork. If you better like rather a puree, feel free to use your mixer (for me it is too fine this way). You can serve it hot, warm but maybe it is the best if cold. Serve with parsley.
