Hot chocolate

I always liked sweet things, so I thought this time instead of simply eating a table of chocolate I might make something special, hot and liquid. I run to the grocery store for white and dark chocolate, opened my favorite Goodfood magazine an started to melt…

Hot chocolate

I made two kinds of hot chocolate, so you can see the description according to it.

Cinnamon-whipped cream hot white chocolate (2 cups):

  • 1 dl whipping cream
  • 2 dl milk
  • 10 dkg white chocolate
  • a pinch of cinnamon

Heat up the milk with the whipping cream and then melt the broken chocolate in it. Originally the recipe calls for 2-3 spoon of rum, as I didn’t have at the moment and for this amount didn’t buy either, just skipped it. At the end, just add the whipped cream to the top, sprinkle some cinnamon and serve while hot.

Orange hot chocolate (2 cups):

  • 2 dl milk
  • 1 dl whipping cream
  • 10 dkg dark chocolate
  • 1 orange’s rasped peel
  • 1 spoon of curacao (if you have…)

Heat up the milk with the whipping cream and with the rasped peel which you thoroughly washed earlier. Let it cool for 10-15 minutes and filter it. Heat up again and melt in the chocolate. Wring some orange’s juice into.
