Sour cherry pie

If you have many bottled fruit in your fridge and you don’t know what to do with them, just make a quick pie.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g margarine
  • 150 g sugar
  • 4 chicken eggs
  • 1 pack of vanillin sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • baking powder
  • bottled fruit, it can be cherry, sour cherry, etc.

Mill the margarine with sugar, 4 eggs and the vanillin sugar. Then shuffle with 200 g flour and a pinch of baking powder. Fry in a greased (with fat and flour) pan after you add the sour cherry (push out the juice first) to the top. Put into the pre heated oven, after 5 minutes of baking reduce the heat to 180°C.
