Bosnian egg soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 green pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 spoon of oil or 1 spoon of butter
  • 1l chicken soup
  • 4 chicken egg
  • 4 slice of brown bread
  • 1 string of celery green
  • salt, pepper

Heat up the oil/butter and put in the sliced green pepper (of course wash before), smashed garlic, salt and pepper and on big heat, with frequent shuffle caramelize. After then pour in the soup and cook slow after boiling after 15 minutes. Meanwhile make the fried eggs and toasts. Into every plate’s bottom, put a toast and a fried egg onto, and until it is hot, ladle the soup into the plate. Finally you can sprinkle some parsley to the top.
