Potato cream soup

Ingredients (for 2 person):

  • 500 g potato
  • 1pc sock-cube or broth, ~0,7 l
  • 1pc midsized onion
  • 1pc clove of garlic
  • 1 spoon sour cream
  • 1dl milk
  • salt, pepper, 1-2 bay-leaf, parsley, mace
  • 1-2 slice of bacon

Cook the washed and diced potato in mildly salted water (as the sock cube is salty as well) with the pre cut onion (to a bit bigger pieces, onion and garlic too) and bay leaf. Half time add the stock cube or if you use broth than you can already cook the potato in it. Once the potato cooked, remove the bay leaf. Use your mixer while you add the sour cream and milk and sprinkle with the mace and pepper. Serve with fried bacon.
