Lemon cake
It is a very delicious dessert you can prepare quite quick, but have to rest it for a night long 🙂
Ingredients:
- 1-2 lemon (depend on the size)
- 4 dl sour cream
- 6-8 tablespoon sugar (depends on your sweet mouth:)
- 2 pack of vanilla sugar
- 0,5-1 box of sponge-finger
- ½ l cream
Mix the sour cream with both of the sugars, lemon juice and rasped lemon peel (for sure wash it before) in one bowl. Make whip from the cream and add into the bowl too. Choose a smaller or a bigger bowl, infuse one layer of cream, and add one level of sponge finger, one layer of cream, one sponge finger and so on. Put it to the fridge for a night so the sponge finger gets softened. So simple this lemon cake.
