Brownie muffin
One of my dear relative gave me a very creative gift for Christmas. Ingredients (proportioned) of brownie muffin were in layers in a jar. Of course not all were in it, egg, margarine and milk left out. I don’t know why?? đ Cover wrapped, tied with a ribbon whereon the recipe hanged down. Very imaginative! And tasty! Thanks, Ăgi!
Ingredients:
- 150 g margarineÂ
- 120 ml milkÂ
- 2 pcs eggÂ
- 150 g flourÂ
- 100 g cane-sugarÂ
- 80 g sugarÂ
- 10 g vanilla sugarÂ
- 2 tsp baking powderÂ
- 30 g unsweetened cocoa powderÂ
- 30 g grounded walnutÂ
- bonus: a handful chocolate blue-berry
Mix all of the ingredients, meanwhile preheat the oven for 180°C. Spread the mixture to muffin form equally, then put into the oven and bake for 20 min, till it is ready. Check the dough with a needle trial. Serve with vanilla ice cream, makes it so good!
