Crab ragout

Ingredients:

  • 0,25 kg cocktail shrimp
  • 0,25 kg king crab
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 pcs of green onion, sliced
  • 1 pc leek, sliced
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 table spoon butter
  • 3 dl white wine
  • 1 table spoon Worchester sauce
  • salt, pepper, parsley, basil
Crab ragout

Toast the sliced garlic and leek (I have used only the 3/4rd, based on the size, and spared some for serving) on butter. Throw in the shrimp and crab, toast for a couple of minutes. Add the lemon juice, salt, pepper, green spices and finally the wine, cook on mid fire for 15 minutes. If you feel the sauce is not enough, add some more wine. At the end add the Worchester sauce and cook just a bit more.

Serve with rice, sprinkle the top with the rest of leek.
