Grilled garlic shrimp with basil

The nice thing with the shrimp you can prepare tasty meal very quickly. So, there is no need to say more, you season the shrimp, fry in couple of minutes, and done, ready to consume.

Ingredients:

  • prepared shrimps /250 g for 2 person/
  • 2 cloves garlic /crushed/
  • juice of half lemon
  • some fresh basil leaves /chopped/
  • salt, pepper

At first wash the shrimps, than season by the ingredients mentioned above (basil, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice). If you have time, let the seasoned shrimps to relax for half an hour before you fry. Preheat a grill pan with some olive oil and fry the shrimps for about 4 minutes on each side. Pay attention not to burn them. Serve the hot shrimps with fresh, chopped basil and twist again some lemon juice on them. Eat with fresh salad or vegetables.
