Spanish sardine toast

Ingredients (for 2 person):

  • 1 table spoon olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 cut chili with no seeds
  • 1 lemon’s rasped peel
  • half bunch of parsley
  • 2 cans of sardine (in sunflower oil)

In hot oil, for a couple of minutes, heat up all the ingredients (except parsley) mentioned above, then mix in the cut parsley and serve on toast. As of the sardine, I had only sprot in tomato sauce at home, I liked it too. Experiments are good, do it!!
