Spanish sardine toast
Ingredients (for 2 person):
- 1 table spoon olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 cut chili with no seeds
- 1 lemon’s rasped peel
- half bunch of parsley
- 2 cans of sardine (in sunflower oil)
In hot oil, for a couple of minutes, heat up all the ingredients (except parsley) mentioned above, then mix in the cut parsley and serve on toast. As of the sardine, I had only sprot in tomato sauce at home, I liked it too. Experiments are good, do it!!
