Dill-cottage cheese noodles with fried bacon
The cottage-cheese noodles is the dish I ever willingly choose if I do not have time and mood to make complicated food. Surely everyone knows it, recently I prepare it with fried bacon, this small change gives fine taste to it. It will be really fine, if you do not regret the ingredients of everything we put on the pasta.
You do not need nothing else like, 250g pasta, 150g sour cream, 250g cottage cheese, 250g bacon, dill (fresh if possible). Cook the noodles as the time indicated on the package, while the sliced bacon fried. If the pasta and the bacon are ready, there is no need to do anything just put as much ingredients as you wish on the pasta. You can use the fried bacon fat, add to the meal to have better taste.
