Tomato frittata with cheese

The frittata is an Italian originated egg based food, similar to omelet, can be flavored with meet, vegetables, cheese. It is definitely worth to prepare is my first frittata variant but for sure not the last!

Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 80 ml milk
  • salt, pepper
  • 6-7 cocktail tomate
  • 40 g grated parmesan
  • 1 rounded tablespoon smashed parsley

Preheat the oven to 190 Celsius. Beat the eggs with milk, add salt and pepper (1-1 coffee spoon) then mix in the grated cheese and the sliced (or at least cut into halves) tomato and finally the parsley as well. Smear a pan what you can put into the oven with oil and fry your prepared materials at least for 10 minutes while it comes up in the pan and the middle will be steady.
