Sweet, crunchy baked carrot

So, sweet, pleasently crunchy, a perfect accessory for our main dish.

If you feel you would like to make you food more exciting, pick a couple of carrots, peel off, slice to similar pieces, rotate into olive oil, add some salt and pepper, sprinkle with thyme and bake for 15 minutes on 200°C than reduce the heat to 160°C and bake for 10 more minutes. Watch out not to burn it but keep it soft and crunchy at the same time
