Tuscan chicken in pan

Ingredients:

  • 500 g chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 can beans
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 350 g mushroom
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • fresh parsley
  • 500 g tomato
  • half tsp thyme
  • half onion
  • 1-1 tsp salt, pepper
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • olive oil
Tuscan chicken in pan

Sprinkle salt and pepper onto the chicken breast stripes. Heat up some olive oil in a pan and brown the meat on both sides for a couple of minutes. Once you finished, remove the meat and put aside. Refill the oil and toast the mushroom’s both sides, and put aside them too. Next, brown the onion, garlic but not to burn them, add the tomato, softly shuffle, add some spices and finally put in the bean and sugar. Put back and mix into the chicken, put on a lid and cook until the meat is done and sauce is wobbleing. It should not take a while. Finally put back the mushroom as well. Taste it, and put some more spices if you like. Serve while hot with rice but also can imagine in tortilla wrap.
