Juicy chicken curry with cream

Ingredients:

  • 4pcs chicken breast
  • 250 ml 18 % cream or 150 ml coconut milk+100 ml cream
  • 1 spoon curry powder
  • 1 spoon curcuma
  • 1pc onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • ½ spoon grounded chili
  • 3 cm fresh rasped ginger
  • ½ spoon brown sugar
  • 2 spoon lemon juice
  • 1 spoon orange juice
  • salt, pepper
  • olive oil

Cut the chicken breast, add salt and pepper. In a bowl mix the cut garlic, chili, rasped ginger, orange and lemon juice and one spoon olive oil. Put the chicken into it, and put them away for a bit. Meanwhile on hot oil, steam the sliced onion. Add the marinated chicken with the juice together. When the chicken gets brown, reduce the heat and add the curry, curcuma, sugar.
Mix it well! Finally we can pour in the cream/coconut milk, cook at least for 5 more minutes while you continuously shuffle it. While it is hot with rice, fries or naan bread you can serve it. I like the best with last option.
