Chicken nugget with zucchini guze

Ingredients for the nugget:
- 1 kg minced chicken breast
- 2 pcs egg
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt, pepper
- some lemon juice
for the breading:
- 200 g fluor
- 2 pcs egg
- 200 g bread crumb
for the zucchini guze:
- 0,5 kg zucchini
- 2 pcs egg
- 6 tbsp fluor
- salt, pepper
for the seasoned sour cream:
- 200 ml sour cream
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley, chive, young onion
- salt
At first mix the minced chicken breast with the eggs, chopped garlic, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Put it to the fridge for a half hour. Meanwhile rasp the zucchini on the bigger hole side of the rasper. Squeeze the juice out of the rasped zucchini, then mix with the flour, eggs and a pinch of salt. Form tablespoon size nuggets from the mixed, seasoned chicken breast. Coat the formed meat pieces. Line a pan with baking paper, then fry the meat in a bit preheated oil on each side. Form round guzes from the zucchini commixture and fry it in another pan in small oil for 1-2 minutes per each side.
Finally, mix the sour cream with the seasonsing and serve together with the nuggets.
