Chips breaded chicken breast
You can’t imagine any easier!
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of chips
- 1 whole chicken breast
Take a bag of chips, stick a small hole on the bag so you can push out the air then crush the chips into small pieces. Dice the chicken breast, spin the pieces in some oil so the chips can stick on the meat well. Roast in preheated oven (to 190°C), in a baking paper covered pan for about 15-20 minutes. Do you want to toss up the flavor? Put a cheese sauce next to it!
You will need for the sauce:
- 150 g cheddar cheese
- 150 ml milk
- 1 tsp corn flour or starch
- a pinch of nutmeg
Melt the cheese in a pan, then add the milk and flour in smaller portions. Mix well, season it and finally boil it up.
