Bacon wrapped asparagus
Now it’s season of the asparagus and here is an easy recipe.
Ingredients:
- 250 g asparagus
- some slice of bacon
- a handful of cherry tomato
- freshly ground pepper
Wash the asparagus, drip it off. Wrap each of the asparagus with bacon (you can cut the bacon slices longwise so less is enough). Put the wrapped vegetables to baking paper, place the tomato slices on it then season with freshly grounded pepper and finally bake in ~15 minutes in preheated oven, 230°C.
