Tuna créme
We love it for dinner on toast 🙂
Ingredients:
- 3 small cans of tune
- half onion or 1-2 spring onion
- 3 pcs chicken eggs
- 4-5 spoon olive
- half lemon’s juice
- 2 teaspoon mustard
- 2 teaspoon mayonnaise
- salt, pepper
Cook the eggs to hard, than cut the onion to very small pieces. Slice the olive. Put the tuna to a bowl, add the diced eggs, onion, olive and flavor with mustard, mayonnaise. Wring into the lemon’s juice add salt and pepper. Mix and smash it well with fork. Taste it and add some more from the missing ingredient. The right choice for breakfast or dinner on a whole wheet toast!
