Walnut brownie

Walnut brownie recipe that you should try, be sure, you won’t be disappointed. Easy to bake. 

Ingredients:

  • 100g butter
  • 250g sugar
  • 300g dark chocholate
  • 2 pack of vanilla sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 3 chichken eggs
  • 100g whole wheat flour
  • 6 dkg walnut
  • half tsp baking powder
  • 60ml cream

Melt the butter, crushed chocholate and cream over steam. Whisk the eggs with sugar, add the baking powder, flour then add the chocholate mixture in small amount as well. Now add the coarsely chopped walnut. Once you mixed well, pour on the dollop into a baking pan (~18×23 cm) coated with baking paper. In a preheated oven, 180°C, bake for 30-40 minutes. To check if it has baked well, use a pin.
