Easy chestnut cake
Ingredients:
- sponge-finger
- 2 pack chestnut puree
- 25 dkg grout cookie
- 1 rum flavor
- 15 dkg pounded sugar
- some milk
Mush together the chestnut, cookie, pounded sugar and milk, this way you get the chestnut base. Meanwhile sprinkle the sponge fingers with the rum flavor, let it soak a bit.
For the cream:
- 9 dl milk
- 3 pack vanilla pudding
- 20 dkg pounded sugar
- 20 dkg margarine
- 3 dl cream (hulala)
- sugar
Make the pudding with the margarine.
Lay the chestnut base into the fry pan in about 1cm thickness. Spread half of the cream on the base what you cover with the rum sponge fingers. Add the rest of the cream. To the top add 3dl cream (hulala) what you previously shuffled to tough with some sugar. You can decorate with chocolate filings.
