Cauliflower cream soup

Very simple cream soup recipe, that everyone will love.

Ingredients:

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 red onion (mid size)
  • 2 clove of garlic
  • 1 cauliflower
  • salt, pepper, olive oil
  • 1 tea spoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 l chicken base soup
  • 50 g smoked cheese

Peel off the carrot and cut it to dices. Chop the red onion and garlic into small pieces. Cut the cauliflower to 2-3cm pieces. Heat the olive oil to mid temperature on the cooker, add all the previously cut ingredients and roast it for 10min under the lid until carrot already softened. After dissolved, dash the base soup with the vegetables. Sprinkle some salt and pepper, boil it and then slowly cook it with the lid on the bowl for 10 minutes.

Cauliflower cream soup

After all been done, add the mustard, the previously grated cheese and use your mixer to pulpify the soup. There is nothing left just serve your meal. If you like something special, sprinkle the top with mace. You can appose with some more cheese, toast, roasted bacon, it’s your choice.
