Homemade strawberry jam

Once we have the strawberry in spotlight, than let’s see a delicious jam. Mostly is has been made from the leftover after we ate a ton of fresh strawberry, already made a cream soup, etc., check it out how it’s made?!

Just to have easy ratio, start with 1 kg strawberry. Smash them well with fork, add one pack gel fixing powder and cook it 15mins longer when it started wobbling. Infuse 40 dkg sugar and cook it for another 15mins. When you finished, put them into fruit jars, close the jars, put them somewhere where you can cover them in/around with blankets and let them cool down to room temperature this way.
