Mushroom stew

An easy mushroom stew recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500 g mushroom (champignon in my case)
  • 1 pc onion
  • 1 tea spoon red paprika
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 café spoon marjoram
  • 100 ml sour cream
Mushroom stew

Clean the mushroom heads, some people just wash them quite well, I myself peel off the outer cover, then slice them. Cut the onion and on some olive oil steam to glassy and once you removed from the fire add the red paprika. Important to not to do this while on fire, since it can cause to be bitter. Add the mushroom, add spices as you like and pour on with 1-2 dl water, then cook it for 30 minutes on small fire. Finally shuffle in the sour cream. Actually this time we just ate it with potato doughnut.
