Potato doughnut

Ingredients:

  • 25 dkg cooked and smashed potato
  • 25 dkg flour
  • 2 egg yolk
  • 2 dkg yeast
  • 1 dl milk
  • 1 spoon of oil
  • salt

Leaven the yeast in warm milk, then work out with flour, potato, egg yolk and salt. Weshould get an easy yeast cake dollop. Roll out to a finger thickness and use your cookie cutter. Before frying, let it stand for an hour. If you like, you can add some flavor during basing with some nutmeg.
