A divine homemade ketchup recipe that has been our top 1 for years. We only buy it in the shop when it runs out.
Homemade ketchup

24 kg tomatoes
celery
parsley
1 pc onion
4 tbsp salt
12 tbsp sugar
400 ml 10% vinegar
2 tbsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp allspice
1 tbsp cinnanom
8 cloves
6 cloves of garlic
Directions
- To 24 kg of crushed tomatoes we add a teaspoonful of chopped celery and parsley, 1 chopped onion, 4 spoonfuls of salt, 12 spoonfuls of sugar, 4 dl of 10% vinegar, 2 spoonfuls of ground mustard seeds, 1 spoonful of crushed pepper, 1 spoonful of crushed allspice, 1 spoonful of cinnamon, 8 cloves, 6 cloves of crushed garlic. Boil this mixture until it is no longer jam-like, then filter it through a sieve and pour it into a glass of 2-3 dl and seal it airtight.
